WELLNESS FOR MIND AND BODY

“LOW FAT” week focuses on activities aimed at wellness, with particular attention placed on nutrition and physical activities to rebalance the mind and body.
Upon arrival at the Masseria you will be welcomed with one of our signature cocktails created with the fragrances from our garden. Using genuine, seasonal products from our garden, the Chef will prepare “LOW FAT” dishes, especially revised for the occasion.

Program

Wake up

The day begins with a muscle awakening session followed by a 30-minute yoga class to ensure you find the right balance to face the day with energy and positivity. Our fennel, lemon balm and dill detox infusion will guarantee you a healthy start and rehydration.

Breakfast

Our rich breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, bread and jam (homemade in a natural way) will help you start the day on the right foot.

Free time

Let our team guide you through the possible activities you can do during your free time.

Stretching yoga

At sunset, relax with an hour of stretching yoga designed to tone and relax your body.

Dinner

In the evening, taste one of our specially revised Susafa menus for a “LOW FAT” experience, but also an absolutely appetizing and nutritious one!
