During these two days, you will discover the genuineness and freshness of our products, whose production process is handed down wisely from generation to generation, maintaining untouched the tradition that our grandparents left us as inheritance.
Immerse yourself in the greenery of our garden, where you will discover all the secrets of our seasonal vegetables that we will prepare and enjoy together with dedicated cooking classes!
The day starts with a rich breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, bread and jam, made in the Masseria in a natural way according to tradition. The best way to recharge your body of energy.
After breakfast, you can visit our botanical garden, a magic place where you can pick up our fragrant aromatic herbs which, later, we will use to flavor our own recipes.
Next you can relax and admire the vivacity of the colors of our garden. We will spend a pleasant hour in the company of ours farmer, ready to reveal all the secrets of the our vegetables.
Finally, we will be proceeding with the washing of the vegetables on site, then lie on the hay bales and taste a selection of foods prepared with the morning harvest.
