Classic Double
The Classic Double type rooms are romantic and comfortable rooms for couples, in an area which in former times housed the “birthing stable”, where cows about to give birth were transferred. The accommodation is reached via a short flight of steps, and is arranged on one floor, overlooking the garden.
The Classic Double rooms feature a king-size double bed (180×200 cm) and carefully selected furnishings that lend the spaces a minimalist and elegant design, enhanced by the restoration of the original architecture and the use of local materials. The wide glazed French doors have a view of a swathe of countryside, whose colours and atmosphere change as the seasons progress. These rooms are a perfect haven for a romantic weekend, surrounded by the natural world of Sicily.

Sweet dreams in the Classic Double
The Classic Double rooms have goose feather pillows and comfortable sprung mattresses. Sicilian chestnut beamed ceiling. The flooring is in handmade, wood stove-baked, Sicilian terracotta tiles.
An air diffuser perfumes the room with delicate Sicilian citrus scents.
The private bathroom, featuring a spacious walk-in shower, comes complete with a hairdryer and 550 gsm cotton towels. To reduce the impact of single-use waste, we do not use single-dose toiletries: body wash/shampoo and hand soap, infused with Sicilian scents, are locally produced and provided in refillable dispensers.
To optimize energy efficiency and minimize the generation of WEEE (e-waste) and packaging, rooms are not equipped with a minibar as standard (available exclusively upon request).
